Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for a subscription of a villa, apartment or room reservation must be received 25 days prior to the next scheduled subscription payment day , and may differ by villa, apartment or room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed subscription is not received by the required date, the Ritz Haven will charge one more month of subscription and reservation for accommodation. Ritz Haven will not refund any subscriptions already paid. It is not possible to cancel the subscription already paid. The subscription will be valid until the next day programmed for the payment of a new month of subscription. By paying the subscription, you agree to these return policies. Please if you do not agree with these return policies, do not pay this subscription
